Latina Leads is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, dedicated to empowering Latina girls ages 7 to 17 to become confident leaders within their communities. Through year-round programs focused on leadership development, self-esteem, financial education, entrepreneurship, STEM exposure, cultural identity, and emotional well-being, we provide girls with the tools they need to break barriers and build a brighter future.
Since 2023, Latina Leads has impacted more than 500 girls across Georgia. In 2025 alone, we served 245 girls through 10 leadership workshops, 3 immersive camps, and career exploration experiences, generating over 35,000 hours of impact and awarding $12,000 in scholarships to support their growth and continued opportunities.
We harness the power of mentorship by connecting participants with accomplished Latina professionals who serve as role models, reinforcing the belief that their dreams are achievable.
