Our roots run deep in Atlanta, Georgia, as we work tirelessly to cultivate and empower the Latina Leaders of Tomorrow. Our mission is clear: to nurture strong values, instill leadership qualities, boost self-esteem, foster entrepreneurship, enhance communication skills, and inspire a profound commitment to community service among young Latinas aged 7 to 16.

Faith

Through our Faith pillar, we empower participants with a strong sense of spiritual growth and values. Building a foundation in God guides their lives, actions, and decisions as future leaders, ensuring they lead with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

Leadership

Our Leadership pillar equips young Latina girls with essential skills to become leaders of consequence. From self-confidence and decision-making to empowerment across diverse spheres, we lay the groundwork for confident, effective leaders.

Communication

In the Communication pillar, we hone communication, public speaking, and media literacy skills. By enabling girls to create and share content, they express their ideas, advocate for themselves and their communities, and build enduring connections.

Financial Literacy

We provide leaders with the necessary tools to understand and effectively manage aspects related to money, fostering informed and responsible decision-making in the financial realm.

Entrepreneurship

Our Entrepreneurship pillar aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit among young Latinas. We offer the skills and resources needed to develop innovative ideas, create and manage their own projects, and become entrepreneurial leaders contributing to the growth of their communities.

Wellness

We promote the physical and mental well-being of young Latinas. We provide resources and activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle, building strong foundations for them to face challenges with resilience and maintain a positive balance in their lives.

My daughter Daniella attended one of the awesome girls' events you organized, and let me tell you, she was totally inspired. You and your team brought out the best in her, making her proud of her heritage and giving her an unstoppable spirit. Since then, she's grown in so many ways and she's even thinking about becoming a lawyer someday 🙂.

After Latina Leads, I have seen a big change in my daughters. They not only learned leadership skills but also self love. For us, as parents that is what we value the most. My daughters learned to be better with themselves, to love themselves more, to respect themselves more, and to put limits on the things they do not like.
