Latina Leads, a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Atlanta, Georgia, empowers Latina girls ages 7-16 to become active leaders in their communities through bilingual programs focused on leadership, self-esteem, financial literacy, communications, entrepreneurship, ethics, values, and well-being.

Camps

Latina Leads offers unforgettable experiences through overnight, day, and weekend camps, where girls take part in extraordinary activities like horseback riding, zip-lining, archery, water games, campfires, and so much more. Each camp is designed to build leadership, boost self-esteem, and create a deeper connection with nature—all while having fun, making new friends, and creating memories that last a lifetime.

Workshops

Every month, Latina Leads hosts empowering workshops where girls explore leadership, build self-esteem, strengthen communication skills, and develop emotional intelligence. They also learn the foundations of financial literacy and explore career paths. Each workshop is a unique opportunity to grow, connect with inspiring mentors, and gain the confidence to lead with purpose.

MENTORING

Our mentoring program connects girls with inspiring Latina role models who guide, support, and empower them on their journey to becoming confident leaders. Through meaningful one-on-one and group mentorship experiences, participants gain valuable insights, build self-confidence, and develop essential life skills. Our mentors help girls dream big, set goals, and believe in their power to lead and succeed—both in school and in life.

From corporate visits, conferences and career days to cultural outings, community service, and special events, each experience is designed to broaden horizons and spark a sense of pride in identity. After Latina Leads, I have seen a big change in my daughters. They not only learned leadership skills but also self love. For us, as parents that is what we value the most.
